On April 24th, Zhang Zhengqiang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Three Gorges Capital, and Xiao Haipeng, member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of Three Gorges Asset, led a team to conduct research at Jinhai Stock.

The research team conducted a field inspection of the production and operation situation at Jinhai's Baotou factory, and listened in detail to the report on the implementation of Jinhai's key work for 2025 and the work plan for 2026.

The research team affirmed Jinhai Corporation's efforts in risk prevention and control, management enhancement, and innovative development. They also provided suggestions for Jinhai Corporation's key tasks in 2026: First, continue to strengthen party building work and use high-quality party building to guide enterprise operation and development; second, enhance safety production management and effectively prevent safety production risks; third, strengthen the development of traditional main businesses, actively expand the market, and improve product quality; fourth, improve the assessment mechanism, create a development atmosphere of "everyone for the enterprise", and promote the long-term healthy development of the enterprise; fifth, actively study and assess market development trends, promote the implementation of new businesses, and create new growth points for development.

During their stay in Baotou, the research team met with Wu Junjun, member of the Party Leadership Group of the Baotou Municipal Government and First-level Inspector, as well as Liu Wenguang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Rare Earth High-tech Zone. They held discussions with the Baotou Municipal Government and the Rare Earth High-tech Zone, exchanging views on enterprise development, party building work in mixed-ownership enterprises, and other related topics.
